- AGEING: 8 months in stainless steel. Racked off the lees by pump after 5 months.
- BOTTLING: no filtering, no fining, no sulphur. By gravity and a manual bottler. 292 bottles
- PAIRING: With oven-roasted salmon and an orange-fennel salad. With a swimming pool and potato chips. With all 5 of your best friends.

THE STORY
2024 was a riot of a year for Suc Suc. Ida birthed baby, named Otto, and Benji birthed a bar, named Fluid. Naturally, we couldn’t resist the urge to make things even more complicated for ourselves, so we decided to try our hand at a white wine, yet again.
The story ends well – because 8 months later, and through all the chaos – we emerged with exactly the kind of bright, fresh, salty, fun, and flimsy white wine that we love to drink. God bless Macabeu grapes and god bless continental climates! It’s fruity but salty, potent but smashable. Like a slice of peach doused in salt. Like a well-timed zinger of a joke. Like your favourite gay guy.
